ePo 4.0.0, product deployment

I have installed ePo Orchestrator 4.0.0, at the moment that the workstation computers log in the epoagent is installed on them, but i have problems with VirusScan Enterprise 8.5 (i have it installed as extension) but no workstation accepts the product only the agent is installed on them, can u help me with product deployment. Thanks

Check in the VSE85 software package in your Masterrepository and schedule a "Product deployment" (McAfee agent) task to run.

Thanks for your reply. Let me mention that this issue happens only in the new workstations i have added 10, the old workstations alredy have the VSE85 (the firs time i installed ePo Orchestrator 4.0.0 it work excelent it deployed agents and about 10-20min after the VSE85 splash screen apeared on them). The VSE85 software package is in the Masterrepository and after i schedule (i have scheduled it to run on user login) a "Product deployment" (McAfee agent) and i run it nothing happens, even after several logins (2h later nothhing about VSE85 appeares).

A the Compliance summary i get 10 Non-Compliant (the exact number of new workstations i have added), i have tryed to Run immediately "Product deployment" (McAfee agent) and no effect. please help

Is the deployment task applied to the directory that the new agents have found themselves in in the system tree??

monitor one of the machines agent log through the http agent port and then watch what happens when you wake it up.. does it run the deployment task.

Which agent version have you deployed - maybe this is your problem:

Try to set the task to run "Immediately" and in the task settings specify "Run at every policy enforcement".
