I'd like to remove a duplicated laptop from ePO as the previous machine is not part of the company anymore and a new laptop replace it. 

I don't want to receive a duplicated bill for that machine.

Hello,

You can select the option from the ePO- System Tree-Select the machine-Actions-Directory Management-Delete-Check option Remove McAfee Agent on next agent-server communication and click OK

That option will remove the machine and it will not come again.

Also you can use Query and Reports and Server Task for checking and removing the machine from ePO.
