i need recover my password for endpoint security interface

I am the administrator of epo

i lost the password  for unlock the endpoint clients, i need recover for make changes in many agents.

 

who  know  where  is the storage password in the EPO   and can read it.

 

please anybody can help me

Can you just reset it on ePO in the Endpoint Security Common policy, and then use the agent status monitor to update the policy on the local machine?

I would like to inform you that we can change the password but we can not see it.

Hello @hnewidea 

Thanks for your post.

Please open Policy Catalog in ePO >After that please go to the Endpoint Security Common Policy and then Show Advanced and change the password.

Once the policy is saved in that case please send a wakeup agent call or collect and send props from the client machine agent status monitor.

thanks, if I can do that, but what I need is to read the current password, not change it. is there any way ??
