Greetings! There might be some older version of agent installed on the machine? If so then try removing the same first before installing it back again. if you still see the same again please post back with the error screenshot.
If it fails again after removing any previous version, the install logs would be the msi agent install log for the failure. Look for a return value greater than 1 and just above that you would see what it was doing that failed. That log would be located in either windows\temp\mcafeelogs or the user's temp\mcafeelogs directory (%temp%\mcafeelogs). If you don't see it there, you might be in a temp\2\mcafeelogs or other session number. Try going to root of temp\mcafeelogs.
