"unexpected error occured" when attempting to update ePO license

We renewed our grant and thus have a new license.  I noticed I only had evaluation software in Software Manager which clueind me into the need to update the license.  But when I add the new license I get "unexpected error occured."  The license is correct because it is working on other ePO servers.  Any ideas?

I would first suggest restarting epo services, just to see if there are any issues.  If that doesn't resolve, then please open a ticket with McAfee.  We would need to enable some additional logging to see what is causing the unexpected error.
