I hail from NZL, born in the town of 2 lakes, hometown of Tauranga. Been with McAfee (and its development as a company since July 2001), from Beaverton, Oregon, USA to Melbourne, Australia, a.k.a. "'Straya"; a recent move, and I'm loving being back on this hemisphere. Started working with McAfee products Jan '99, being the official beginnings of my entry into the Tech Support world. Assisting people in navigating both Windows and product issues has always provided a level of satisfaction - who doesn't like helping others? A point of focus for me now is to shape what it means to have supportable products, which could be viewed conceptually as manifesting my accumulated wisdom & experience within the software itself... heh, what a thought...
