TIE handshake

MAR installation stuck on TIE handshake. ISO Installation file been used is TIEServer_3.0.0.480_MARServer_2.4.1.129.x86_64 During the MAR installation, the installation get stuck at the TIE handshake. NTP is synchronised TIE Server extension is 3.0.0.480 DXL extensions are all 6.0.0.197

Hi ArchieScorgie,

Have you checked Wakeup call from EPO to TIE box working. Can you confirm if TIE/MAR tag has been applied on Target appliance in EPO.

Hi, I did check that the DXL is in the ePO and did wake-up calls, but it keeps on saying that it is not connected to a broker.

i would ask the TIE/DXL forum on connection issues or even open a case with support to troubleshoot your DXL broker issue.
