Announcement: Knowledge Base Articles/Documents support in McAfee Community

Update: Enterprise, Consumer and other Knowledge Base Articles/Documents will no longer be available in McAfee Support Community. All the KB Articles/Documents will be moved out of public consumption post March 31 2021. 

Why this change ? After careful evaluation of the KB articles in McAfee Support Community and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback, we decided to discontinue usage of Knowledge Base forums in Community and redirect all the Customers to McAfee's central repository for technical documents and/or knowledge articles.

This is to ensure that customers are reaching support resources which are properly governed and updated as part of McAfee’s commitment and customer core values.
