Hi,
The encryption key isn't deleted from the ePO database. So if you have the ePO database, you should be able to export the encryption key using EZ Exporter. This tool isn't an official McAfee tool. But it can be downloaded her: https://community.mcafee.com/t5/The-Encryption-Tools-Exchange/gp-p/TheEncryptionToolsExchange You have to request for membership to access the group.

I should also add that the computer was re-imaged to WIN10. The Drive is currently out of the machine at a data recovery company. They can see the WIN7 installation because it is asking for the McAfee Recovery XML File.
