This was a standard installation & configuration for python by the developer, binaries were sourced from below mentioned link .
Please let us know more details on the threat so that we also take this with python if required.
Setp1: download Python-3.8.3.tgz files from https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-383/
Step2: uncompressed the files and run few command to install python.
These were detected as threats ( /usr/src/Python-3.8.8/conftest) and were cleaned & deleted by McAfee.
Threat Name: GenericRXKW-BN!......
Kindly advice on how to arrest these detections as they are legitimate.
