Building Agent Handler Down Automatic Response

Hi Peeps,

5.3.2 migration to 5.10 

I am unable to create my Agent Handler down Automatic Responses as the Event Description selection doesn't exist in 5.10.. Is this a bug or am I missing somethig here?

Seems that the Property Column in 5.3.2 shosw Event Description falls under Server and but in 5.10 Event Description is under Threat with no 'Agent Handler Down' Value..

Anyone else come across this in their Migration?

I just tested it on my 5.10 server.  I can go to new automatic response, event type server, event description equals agent handler down.  Do you have update 2 installed?  If not, I would highly recommend it.

We are on v5.10.0.2428 with Update 2 Installed..

I can import the responses and it carries over.. but I can't create them from scratch.

Go to automatic responses, change event type to server and click next.  Send me a screenshot of that next screen.  Then get another screenshot of available options under event description.  Your screenshot shows you are in threat type events instead of server on your 5.10 console.
