Corrupt Content Alert

Hello

we are using ePO 4.0 with patch 2

applyong VSE 8.5i to all systems and now we have DAT 5402 and Engine 5300.2777

on Outlook we get alert email saying;

Corrupt Content Alert

the content this replaces was found to be corrupt
cause if corruption: Invalid character set or enchoding
ticket number : ..........

see your system administratior for further information


what is going on and what is the problem ?

we found that this messege is aresult of Groupshiled policy

we have change the setting on the server itself (exchange)

and mack sure that the settigns are the same on Mcafee server.


How can we mack sure that these settings will not be changed
