Hi,
We are having problems with our policy syncs taking forever and eventually failing... The orion log is flooded with:
services.PolicyObjectServiceInternal - No policy history found for policy object <policy id> name <policy name>
and
detail.ShowRegistedTypeDetailsAction <num> <LongGuid>.route1 - Error calculating last item of datasource
The sync eventually fails with:
command.SyncSharedPoliciesCommand - Error while processing registered server <number> when sharing policies....
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid State, the Connection object is closed.
I've tried making a small change to the policies to see if I can stop the "No policy history found" error but it makes no difference.
any suggestions?
Thanks
Hello @Talos ,
Could you please share orion.log in DM, I can have a look and guide you with the issue.
Please look in the eporegisteredapacheservers table for the ID of the one listed in this error:
Error while processing registered server <number> when sharing policies....
Once you identify which server is failing, if you don't already know, check registered server credentials. If they succeed, then check the database settings for that server on both db's and make sure that autoclose is set to false when you look at properties.
If it fails, reset the credentials.

Hi cdinet,
it does this for multiple servers, credentials are working and Autoclose is off... I double checked this when I saw the DB error.
Thanks,
What errors do the logs show?

I am in the process of getting approval to export the Orion log file. I will DM it to you both once I get it out of the system.
Thanks
