missing policy import button in ePO 5.10 u9

I've installed McAfee ePO Version 5.10.0 (Build 2428) and update Update 9 (2.0.0.949) on a new server. Now I want to import the saved policy xml files, but I can't find the policy import button! In the Policy Catalog I only have the dropdown menu " New Policy" with the option " Export. How to import the saved policy files.

Hello @JBERK2

Thanks for your post.

Please refer the below Screenshot:

Could you please try to change the browser and check the Server Setting>Server Information where Update 9 is successfully applied or not.

I've tried different  browsers i.e

Microsoft Explorer 11.3986.14393.0
FireFox 81.0.1 (64-bit)
Chrome Version 86.0.4240.111

And both give the same result...  No import button.

Re: missing policy import button in ePO 5.10 u9

Hello @JBERK2

Thanks for your response.

I would suggest you to please open a Service Request with Support Team and do provide the Service Request to me for tracking purpose.

I am assuming that you have checked the Server Settings>Server Information and that is showing as ePO 5.10 CU9 installed.

Hello @JBERK2

Thanks for your response.

Also, Could you please check whether you have logged in with Global Admin Account or with different account?

Do try changing the Browser?

Try to clear Cache and see whether you are seeing the Import Option or not.

If still no luck please go ahead and open the Service Request with Support Team.

If you are logged in as global admin and issue still persists, you might want to try re-running CU9 in repair mode.  To do that, run the cu9 setup and view previously installed updates and you can then choose to reinstall cu9.
